The eAccounts Newsletter Module interacts with all email address held in the Account Masters File. It allows for Ad-hoc/Sundry email address to be loaded manually or automatically directly from a website entry screen.
With its ability to create templates, it will allow you to create a newsletter using a predefined template, thus eradicating the need for other software like Dreamweaver. The system allows embedded graphics, pics, pdfs, etc. The Newsletter Module can produce professional looking Newsletters with the minimum of effort.
eAccounts allows the email recipient to Opt Out of receiving newsletters should they choose to. This however will still allow the sender to interrogate and view email addresses that have opted out of receiving this email.
