More Note Lines On Customer Invoice.

Easier Notation of complicated instructions to customers.

When raising a sales order and you specify a product as being allowed to edit the sales note field you will now be able to have onscreen 9 lines in which to write (War & Peace)

Previosuly you only had 4 lines per product line.

This is a particularly useful tool for your generic Text product codes, or the cases where you need to write specific details about a product your are selling.

If you want to permantley create large blocks of text to show on invoices ie QUOTE acceptance rules or Warranty restrictions create a Text product and store the long text (24 lines) on the Text and Images screen.

Purchase Order Improvement

Indicating the order is for a customer

Some of you may have noticed a "C" appearing after Supplier orders (on printed supplier orders)

The "C" indicates the supplier order contains stock specifically for a customer (ie procured)

This means when the packing slip arrives with the goods from your supplier you can instantly recognise (without having to lookup) that the goods are for a specific customer.

Note when keying in the packing slip the"C" is to be ignored.
