Just One Click (Your Customer Access)

Ever thought about the idea of granting your customers access to their accounts details held in your accounting package? Well that's what eAccounts' JustOneClick function does.
Assuming that the JustOneClick is set-up, the button will be available on the debtor enquiry screen. If you do not see the JustOneClick button, please contact your eAccounts representative to have it turned on.
JustOneClick sends an email to a customer with a link giving the customer access to lookup information about their account. They can only access sales and invoice information but not cost or margin information.
To access, the customer only needs to click on the link sent in the email to access the information hence JustOneClick! If you send a temporary link the customer will have access for today only (access is then cancelled at midnight).
You can configure each customer to be able to:
- Show unpaid Invoices
- Show Payments and Invoices those payments have been assigned to
- Show Current and Historical Statements
- Lookup old Invoices
- Reprint a copy of Invoice or a Statement
- Create Sales Orders
