eAccounts has a full interface to SalesLink which is a Palm sales order system which runs on modern hand held palmtops.

SalesLink by I.T. Link (www.itlink.co.nz) is a powerful, cut down sales order program that works with a range of Palm® handhelds. eAccounts has created an interface using the new Palm Treo®. It allows for autonomous connectivity using Vodafone's GPRS or Telecom's CDMA / T3G networks.

What this means is that an order can be entered on the palm and when confirmed it will automatically be transmitted back to eAccounts. Simultaneously, Stock and Customer information is downloaded back to the Palm® handheld.

This solution is ideal for travelling salesman, franchises operations or anyone needing to process orders in the field online.

eLocal Features

eLocal is our offline utility, used to maintain your shopping basket and accounts remotely. Maintainable areas include your groups, exchange rates, freight, stock, customers etc.

This Windows utility is multi-user and can sit on a single PC or a network, it can also import data from your existing stock system i.e. can connect to MYOB, CBA and Exchequer and other accounting systems.

Once your new entries have been checked and confirmed, eLocal can automatically export your data, to your eAccounts shopping basket.

Only the changes actually get sent to the web. So, a database of 10,000 products with a few product changes submitted very quickly.
